FAQ

Not sure yoga is for me?

My yoga classes are inclusive and are modified for all abilities. There are so many benefits to yoga, why not give it a go? I take pride in making my yoga accessible for everyone. If you have any doubts, please get in contact.

I have health conditions, can I still come?

Yoga is beneficial for a wide range of health conditions. I ask you to complete a health assessment questionaire prior to your first class and will offer modifications and adaptions during the class to meet individual needs. If in doubt, please get in contact and ask.

What should I bring?

I can provide a limited amount of yoga mats and have blocks and belts if required. But if you have them, please feel free to your own. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a blanket should you wish to be cosy in relaxation.

What should I wear?

Clothing that is loose, flexible and allows you to move freely is good such as leggings, jogging bottoms and lose t-shirts. No need to buy anything brand new, unless you want too.

How long are the Classes?

Classes are either 60 minutes or 75 minutes. Longer sessions tend to have more time to spend in relaxation.

Take Your First Step

I would love to lead you through a practice of movement, breathing and relaxation. Sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone. You can do your first one free from long term obligations. Why not give it a try?
